I would choose Sparta because they fought for all the greeks and the fact that women were treated equally as men, the woman gave the men babies for the army to be soldiers when they turn 18 years of age. Even 7-year-olds were trained to fight which means that they are able to fight if they need to or to get ready when they have to fight in the war when they turn 18 years old.

Therefore they deserved to be treated equally just as much as men did. Other reasons are, there wasn't a lot of change, and if there isn't a lot of change, they can spend more time training for war and less time worrying about changes, and they had a very strong army.
