for example

converting 2 dimension into 3 dimension,

1.a)No we can't use kernel trick to arbitrary dimension

2) If we increase higer c value, accuracy will higher due to penalty for misclassified points, in above case will increase

3)If we increase higher gamma value, it turns in regions for points so there is no line , in above case will decrease the gamma value
